Coconut Jelly Recipe

 200ml coconut milk
 200ml milk of your choice
 100ml water
 2 tsp gelatin/agar agar
 50g honey or sugar
Coconut Jelly recipe

Place all ingredients into a pot and stir continuously until just before boiling.


Pour the mix into your Sinchies pouches and pop them in the fridge to set.
