Chocolate Bliss Balls

 3 1/2 cups pitted dates
 1 cup raw cashew nuts(or peanuts, almonds, hazelnut)
 1 TBSP freshly squeezed orange juice(Or use lemon, apricot juice or real strawberries or raspberries)
 Desiccated coconut for rolling the balls in

Add the dates, cashew nuts to a blender/thermomix or food processor and process until fine.

Add the orange juice and mix again for about 10 seconds until the ingredients comes together.

Wet your hands so the mixture doesn't stick and using a tablespoon or 1/2 tablespoon measure start rolling into balls.

Roll them in desiccated coconut and store them in your Sinchies wrap or sandwich bags. I have portioned mine out into our snack bags so all I have to do is grab a bag and pop it into the lunchbox.
