Cheesy Tuna Pasta Recipe

 1/2 cup risoni
 1 1/2 cups water
 1 carrot, sliced thinly
 1/2 cup peas
 1 tin tuna
 2 tbsp parmesan
 1 tsp cornflour

Cook the rissoni, carrot & peas in 1 cup of water until the rissoni is tender.


Mix the cornflour with the remaing 1/2 cup of water, add it to the pan with the tuna and parmesan and stir until thickened.


Wait until the mixture has cooled before blending & pouring into your 1L Sinchies resuable food pouches for dinner on the run!
