Place the pitted dates and milk into a NutriBullet or Ninja and blend until the dates have broken down.

Add the chia seeds and stir them through. Pour your mixture into a 200ml Sinchies and 80ml Sinchies and place it in the fridge until the Chia Seeds are gel like.

If you'd prefer a smooth consistency, blend the mixture again with the added added chia seeds.
