Chucked it in the good ole faithful thermomix and whizzed it up. It was perfect & needing nothing added. Just what I needed to give me some energy
I'm sure the kiddies would enjoy this smootihie in their lunchboxes!
1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
1 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 cup of water and cranberry juice mixed
Optional: Scoop of Super Green and Reds

Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.

Pour into a 200mlSinchies pouch and enjoy
