Banana Custard Recipe

 1 1/2 cups milk, formula or breast milk
 2 tbsp cornflour
 3 egg yolks
 1 medium banana mashed well
 1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Measure cornflour into a saucepan.

Add enough of the milk to make a smooth paste and then add the rest.

Add the eggs yolks, banana and sugar and vanilla (if desired).

Cook on stovetop over a medium heat constantly stirring until you see the mixture thicken.

Remove from heat, allow to cool, transfer to your 1L Sinchies reusable food pouch and dispense it into your other reusable food pouches.
