Baby Vegetable Soup Recipe – Suitable from 6 months old

 1 Zucchini - sliced
 250 g Butternut Pumpkin - peeled and diced
 1 Potato - peeled and diced
 1 Sweet Potato - peeled and diced
 1 Carrot - peeled and diced
 ¼ cup Rice of your choice (washed)
 1 l Water
Baby Vegetable Soup Recipe

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 30minutes until all vegetables are soft and cooked through.


Allow the mixture to cool and then blend. Pour into your 200ml Sinchies reusable pouches and freeze until needed.
