Warranty
Our drink bottles have a manufacturer's warranty of six months, with proof of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects regarding parts or materials. General wear and tear or care-related issues including marks, dents, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues not caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under warranty. We will ask that you send photographs/video of the issue and/or return your item so that we can conduct a thorough investigation before a replacement/refund is given.
