I have been chasing my tail this week! You know those weeks where you have so much to accomplish but seem to be going around in circles and not getting anywhere? Well that’s been me – along with a baby who has just cut 2 teeth it’s been fun.
What I made in the kitchen this week
I always find time tho to get into the kitchen, maybe because it’s my happy place and I always have it on my to do list? Throughout the week, I rustled up some Sausage Rolls, Strawberry Bombs (aka Bliss Balls), Strawberry Yogo (with the sweetest berries bought from the Strawberry Fields in Palmview), a Super Smoothie (which I had on the run in a Sinchies and I felt like super woman for pretty much nailing my fruit and veg quota for breakfast!) and a Rice bubble bar! Thankfully I’ve got my Thermie who helps out with a lot of this and makes things a bit easier and quicker.
What was the most time consuming part?
The most time consuming thing was the sausage rolls, not making the mix up but dividing the mix and rolling the pastry. They taste absolutely divine though so definitely worth it!
