Introducing the perfect after school summer snack that is both delicious and nourishing. Packed with the goodness of coconut cream, juicy strawberries, raw cashews and a hint of collagen powder for that extra gut loving boost, these ice pops are the perfect blend of creamy and refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 500g punnet of strawberries, stems removed
- ¼ cup of collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (agave, maple, honey)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If using a Thermomix, use speed 9 for 1 minute.
- Pour into your Sinchies icy pole pouch.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before enjoying.
